What does the monthly plan cover?
The £20/mo hosting keeps your site live and secure on your own domain. On top of that, a care plan covers the ongoing work for its tier — content changes, SEO and, at the top tier, AI visibility. Your site lives on our servers, so the monthly fee is what keeps it online and looked after; higher tiers include more changes and more active work.
Is there a long contract?
No long-term lock-in. There's a 3-month minimum term to get you set up, then your plan runs rolling month to month — and you can step up a tier any time. Because the site is on your own domain, your website is always yours to take elsewhere if you ever want to.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site is built for you and runs on your own domain. While you're with us we host, secure and look after it; after your minimum term, you're free to take your website elsewhere — we never trap you in.
What if I need more than ten pages?
No problem — that's what the tiers are for. Online Brochure covers up to 10 pages, Growing Visibility up to 20, and Established Business up to 35. Need more than 35, or an online shop? We'll scope that with you directly. Legal pages never count toward your total.
Can you sell things on the website?
The standard product covers brochure and lead-generation sites — perfect for service and local businesses. Full online shops (ecommerce) are a separate, larger build we'll scope with you directly.
What's the "AI" part about?
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI for recommendations instead of scrolling search results. Every site we build is structured so those tools can read and understand it — that's the "AI-ready" part. Want to go further and measure exactly how visible you are to AI?
