Audits & Reports
Landing Page Audit. Score, fix, ship.
A targeted audit of one landing page, scored against its actual objective. SEO, content, technical, and conversion guidance — every fix prioritised by impact on the metric the page is supposed to move.
Who this is for
A landing page audit earns its place when paid traffic keeps landing on a page that converts below where it should.
Paid traffic underperforming
Brands running paid traffic to a page that's converting below benchmark.
Pre-launch review
Anyone launching a new landing page who wants a senior review before driving spend at it.
SEO pages, direct traffic
Founders sending direct traffic to product pages that were designed for SEO and never reviewed for conversion.
Concrete deliverables. No fluff, no slideware.
Every output below is something you keep — a document, a fix, a system, a decision. Nothing is 'discovery findings' that vanish at the end of the engagement.
Objective alignment review
Every recommendation tied to the page's actual job — sale, lead, signup, app install. We don't fix what isn't broken.
9-dimension CRO scorecard
Above-the-fold, value prop, social proof, friction, CTA, trust signals, mobile, speed, secondary path. Each scored 0–10.
SEO & content guidance
Title, meta, headings, schema, content depth, internal linking. Plus the keyword and intent assessment for the page.
Technical performance
Lighthouse + Core Web Vitals on the specific page. The exact assets dragging score and the priority order to fix.
Mobile experience deep-dive
Where most traffic actually lands. Tap targets, scroll depth, sticky CTA, mobile-only friction points.
A/B test ideas, ranked
5–10 testable hypotheses ranked by ICE score. The next test you should run, with the rationale.
Prioritised fix list
Every issue ranked critical / high / medium / low, with effort estimate and expected impact on the page's KPI.
Branded PDF + 30-min review
12–18 page PDF, plus a 30-minute walk-through with you and your developer or page owner.
What changes in your business.
You stop pouring traffic into a page that doesn't convert. Every fix is ranked by expected uplift on the page's actual goal, so the developer brief is one page, not twelve. Most clients see a measurable conversion-rate improvement within 30 days of acting on the top three fixes.
A clear, predictable process.
Brief
20-minute call to confirm the page, the objective, the traffic source, the current conversion rate, and any benchmarks you're measuring against.
Audit
We run the technical scans, manual review across all 9 CRO dimensions, and competitor sample. 3–5 working days.
Report + walk-through
PDF delivered + 30-minute walk-through. You leave with a clear list of what to fix first.
What you actually receive.
The deliverable shape, not real client data. Synthetic numbers and identifiers used throughout.
Every issue is listed with its severity, the exact fix, and the business impact, so you and your developer know precisely what to change and why it matters.
Indicative price. Final quote tailored.
We can't give a single fixed price for every business — what's straightforward for one client is complex for another. The figure below is the floor; your final quote depends on the variables underneath it.
From £300 · per page
A targeted audit of one landing page, scored against its actual objective.
What changes the final price
- Page complexity: a single PDP is faster than a long-form category landing page with embedded configurators.
- Number of variants: if the page renders differently for logged-in users, B2B accounts, or A/B-test cohorts, we audit each.
- Volume of pages: auditing 5+ pages at once is priced per page but at a lower per-page rate.
- Implementation scope: the £300 is the audit only. Implementing the fixes is quoted separately or rolled into a retainer.
- Repeat post-fix audit: a follow-up audit after fixes ship is typically £150 if booked at the same time as the initial.

The questions businesses actually ask.
Can I send you a competitor's page to audit?
No — we only audit pages you have ownership of, the data for, and the right to test on. Auditing a competitor would be guess-work and counter-productive.
What's the difference between this and the technical audit?
The technical audit covers your whole site at site-level. The landing page audit goes deep on one page, scored against that page's specific conversion goal. Different jobs to be done.
Do you run the A/B tests too?
We can — quoted separately. The audit gives you the test ideas; running tests is a separate engagement (we'd recommend the AB Test Planning service).
What if the page hasn't launched yet?
We audit pre-launch on staging. Often the most cost-effective time — fixing pre-launch is cheaper than fixing post-launch.
Will you tell us to do something we can't afford?
Every recommendation has an effort estimate. We deliberately surface low-effort high-impact wins first so something useful is always actionable. We'll never gate the report behind a quote for our own services.
